Our products are made using the original parts of the mobile phone.
At the moment, we aren’t able to accept phones for custom framing. However, we do plan to offer this service in the future.
No. We use dummy (non-functional) batteries in our frames. They look authentic but pose no safety concerns.
We currently do not offer this option. However, we plan to introduce it in the future.

Orders & Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. We do our best to ship all orders within 3 business days. here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
All products are shipped from our fabrication plant in Hong Kong.
We accept all major credit cards (Via, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as Apple Pay.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is successfully cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out or produced.
Returns
If the product has a fabrication problem, you can return or exchange it only if it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
